Agreement to Terms
The AdxEngine Mobile Advertising Agency ("Service"), owned and operated by Adxengine Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of Singapore, is provided to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
AdxEngine provides digital advertising services including but not limited to mobile advertising, performance marketing, and programmatic advertising. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in individual service agreements or insertion orders between AdxEngine and the client.
Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Advertising Policies
- All advertisements must comply with applicable laws and regulations
- AdxEngine reserves the right to reject any advertisement that violates our policies
- Advertisers are responsible for the content of their advertisements
- AdxEngine implements anti-fraud measures and reserves the right to deduct fraudulent traffic
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the service agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the AdxEngine website and platform are owned by Adxengine Pte. Ltd. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdxEngine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
